1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TulsaRoofPros.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any services provided through it.

2. Description of Service

TulsaRoofPros operates a roofing contractor referral service. We connect homeowners seeking roofing services with licensed roofing contractors in our network. TulsaRoofPros is not a roofing contractor and does not itself provide roofing services. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work performed by any contractor in our network.

When you submit a form on this Site, your information is transmitted to one or more contractors who may contact you to discuss your roofing needs. Any roofing contract or agreement is solely between you and the contractor; TulsaRoofPros is not a party to that agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you represent and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the authority to authorize roofing work on the property described in your inquiry.
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
• You will not submit false or misleading information about yourself or your property.

4. No Guarantee of Contractor Availability or Quality

TulsaRoofPros does not guarantee that a contractor will be available to service your inquiry, that any contractor will accept your project, or that any contractor's work will meet your expectations. We make reasonable efforts to work with reputable, licensed contractors, but we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by contractors in our network.

You are responsible for independently verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and references before entering into any agreement or allowing work to begin on your property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND REFERRALS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TULSAROOFPROS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TULSAROOFPROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTRACTOR REFERRAL, EVEN IF TULSAROOFPROS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TULSAROOFPROS'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TulsaRoofPros or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
